3. Church Expenses
The deadline to make claims for 2023 expenses for church ministries is December 31, 2023. Please submit all Cheque Requisition Forms along with supporting documentation to the accountable Deacons and/or Elders for approval.
4. Carols & Cups Christmas Outreach
Date & Time: Dec. 17 at 1-2pm
Place: Rouge Valley Church (70 Old Kingston Rd.)
Who: Us, Rouge Valley Church, ISM-C
Purpose: To celebrate Christmas together and outreach to international students
How to get involved?
- Join us for hot chocolate or apple cider, fellowship, and singing of carols
- Make a donation for gift bags to international students via e-transfer to mlaujaffraychurch@gmail.com, or make some baked goods
5. Friends for Dinner
Partner with ISM-C to host a Christmas celebration for 2 or more international students to show love and hospitality. Please speak to David Wong if you are interested or register at www.friendsfordinner.ca
6. English New Year’s Eve Service
Date: Sunday, December 31
Time: 10:30-12pm
Location: Main sanctuary & Zoom
Purpose: To end the year with God and begin the new year with God. To begin 2024, asking God for a blessing.
7. Save the Date – 2024 Summer Retreat
Date: June 29, 2024 to July 1, 2024
Venue: Sheridan’s Conference Centre at the Oakville Trafalgar Campus

8. Hosanna Youth Fellowship
