2. Sunday School
Our Sunday School class on the book of Joel continues today at 11am in the balcony. Please join us to be discipled in reading and studying the prophets.
3. Monthly Lunch Fellowship
We have our monthly lunch fellowship next Sunday, Nov 2 at 12:30pm in the fellowship hall. Please join us for a time to slow down and enjoy time together in Christ.
4. Daylight Savings Time Ends
It’s that time of the year again where daylight savings time ends, we get 1 more hour of sleep but the days are shorter. Please set your clocks back 1 hour on Saturday, Nov 1 before you go to bed unless it automatically adjusts.
5. Refugee Sponsorship Project
A reminder that the offering for our refugee sponsorship project is open. You can donate to the refugee sponsorship project through our church by sending an e-transfer to treasury@tjcac.org and then going to our website (www.tjcac.org) and filling out the Donation form. For the “Donation allocation” please select “other” and fill in the dollar amount and write “refugee sponsorship” where it say “please specify.”
6. Toronto Children’s Ministry Conference
Be equipped in teaching the next generation about the Lord! Helpful for anyone serving in YLM or interested in learning more about ministering to children.

7. 2025 Missions Night
Our Annual Missions Night will be held on Saturday, November 15 at 7:00pm for all congregations.
Theme: “Passing the Torch”.
Keynote Speaker: Rev. Daniel Lau.
Following the keynote address, there will be two panel discussions (by language) with the following panelists: Rev. Daniel Lau, Rev. Keith Lee and Rev. Ken Cheng for the Cantonese panel; Rev. Kris Corbin (Envision Canada), Darren Lung (AFC), Khevna Dave (Missions Hub), and Joel Tomlinson (Power to Change) for the English panel. In addition, we have also invited participating mission organizations to have display booths during refreshments. Please mark your calendars and join us in person on Nov. 15.
