1. Sunday School
Our Sunday School class on the book of Joel continues today at 11am in the white house. Please join us to be discipled in reading and studying the prophets.
2. Baptism & Membership
Today is the last day to speak to Pastor Ken if you would like to be baptized or become a member of Jaffray at the joint Christmas service. Baptism and membership classes will be on Sunday Nov 23 and 30 after Sunday School.
3. Refugee Sponsorship Project
There will be snacks today after service. Everyone is welcome to partake of the snacks and if you feel led, we invite you to give a freewill offering to the refugee sponsorship project. If you would like a tax receipt, please donate through e-transfer to treasury@tjcac.org and fill out the donation confirmation form on our website by putting the dollar amount in “other” and specifying it as “refugee sponsorship”. We will also be accepting cash but please note that you will not receive a tax receipt.

4. Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meeting #2 will be held on Sun, November 30, 2025 at 12:30-1:30pm in the Sanctuary for all Members.
A Pre-AGM Consultation will be held on Sun, November 23, 2025 at 12:30pm in Room B7 to address any issues or questions regarding the AGM.

The above documents have also been publicly posted on the bulletin board at the East entrance. Advance Ballot and Assigned Proxy for voting on behalf of any member who will be absent from the AGM may be requested in writing through the Administrative Assistant.
Any additional agenda item suggestion must be submitted in writing to Elder Vincent Ho, Acting Chair, or Elder Cynthia So, Secretary, no later than 9:00am on November 23, 2025.
