3. Table Talk

4. Monthly Lunch next week
Our monthly lunch fellowship is next week at 12:30pm on the balcony. Join us for a time to rest and connect with brothers and sisters.
5. Children, Youth and Family Ministry (CYFM)
Young Life Ministry (YLM) is now Children, Youth and Family Ministry (CYFM). This new name better describes God’s calling for our Ministry’s focus at TJCAC.
6. Washroom Renovation Project
Starting Monday, May 4, 2026, the basement washrooms will be closed until further notice. The public washrooms inside KidZone will be made available to non-CYFM members on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and after 12:00 p.m. without official registration for KidZone entry. For everyone’s protection, anyone using the Kidzone washrooms must enter and exit KidZone through the north entrance door and leave
immediately after use. Kindly follow the posted signs for directions. Do not remain in KidZone or wander further into the space. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.

8. 2026 Joint Retreat & Day Camp Update
Day Camp Attendance: Please notify Jonathan Mui (JEC) by April 26 if you plan to attend the Sunday Service only (excluding lunch). An accurate headcount is required to ensure we remain within the capacity limits of each conference hall.
9. Attic Clean-up
FM will be conducting an attic clean-up in May to help reclaim valuable space, improve organization, and ensure the area remains safe and accessible for future use. A well- maintained attic allows us to better support current and upcoming ministry needs rather than storing items that may no longer be necessary.
We ask that all ministries with items stored in the attic take some time over the next few weeks to review their belongings and determine what can be removed. For any items you wish to keep, please gather them together in one designated location and send a photo to Spencer for FM’s records by April 30. Any items not identified by the deadline will be responsibly disposed of at FM’s discretion.
10. Staff News
Pastor Ken Kim Sabbatical
Rev. Ken Kim, English Ministry (EM) Pastor, will be away on sabbatical starting February 1 to April 30, 2026.
The Alliance Canada encourages the Biblical practice of taking sabbatical.
In Pastor Ken’s absence, all issues regarding EM may be directed to the following members of the EM Committee: Deacon Caleb Chau, Acting Chair, or Elder Vincent Ho Advisor.
We invite you to keep Pastor Ken, Mindy, Myla, Heidi and Bishop, and our whole church community in your prayers during this season of renewal.
