We are joyful Rev. Ken Kim has returned from his 3 month sabbatical. This season of rest and renewal has been a meaningful time for him and his family. Please join us in warmly welcoming them back!
2. Prayer meeting
Our prayer meeting continues this Sunday at 11am in the white house. Please join us as we pray for our congregation and for each other.
3. Monthly Lunch
Our monthly lunch fellowship continues today at 12:30pm on the balcony. Join us for a time to rest and connect with brothers and sisters.
4. Table Talk & Mother’s day
We will not be having table talk next Sunday, May 10 so people can make plans for Mother’s day. Hope it will be a blessed time to celebrate our mothers.
5. No worship service at Jaffray May 17, 2026
Please be advised that there will be no in-person or online Worship Services at Jaffray on Sunday, May 17, due to the Church Retreat.
6. Thailand Missionary Sharing
On Sunday, May 24 at 11am in the white house, we will welcome Witthaya Phuttharaksa, known as Pastor Aoum to share about his ministry in Thailand. Pastor Aoum has a PhD from Wycliffe College and is a New Testament lecturer at McGilvary College of Divinity, Payap University. He and his wife, Katty, are staff members at House of Blessing in Thailand and they have 2 children, Archie (7) and Allie (4). Please join us to hear what God is doing through them in Thailand.

9. Children, Youth and Family Ministry (CYFM)
Young Life Ministry (YLM) is now Children, Youth and Family Ministry (CYFM). This new name better describes God’s calling for our Ministry’s focus at TJCAC.
10. Washroom Renovation Project
Starting Monday, May 4, 2026, the basement washrooms will be closed until further notice. The public washrooms inside KidZone will be made available to non-CYFM members on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and after 12:00 p.m. without official registration for KidZone entry. For everyone’s protection, anyone using the Kidzone washrooms must enter and exit KidZone through the north entrance door and leave
immediately after use. Kindly follow the posted signs for directions. Do not remain in KidZone or wander further into the space. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.
