1. Sunday School
Sunday School is currently on break until Sunday, Sept. 20. Please take this time to enjoy fellowship after service. In September, we will begin a new class on Reconsidering Discipleship, a study and dialogue about what is the Christian life, how does the Bible teach us to live it out, and why is it happening or not happening in our lives today.
2. Small Group Registration
Believers belong to a community, the body of Christ, the Church. Every Christian needs community. Small Groups are a way to commit yourself to other brothers and sisters at Jaffray. The commitment to a small group is for one year.
This year, the small groups consist of
Young Adults (18-29 yrs old)
Adults (30+ yrs old)
Young Families (Families with young kids)
Families (35-55 yrs old)
Older Adults (55+ yrs old)
The sign-up form for small groups can be found by scanning the QR code or by asking a small group leader.
3. TJCAC Summer Retreat Group Photo
If you participated in the photo, you may request for a copy of the photo by filling in the following request form electronically and giving your consent to abide by the privacy rules. Then, the photo will be sent by email to your account.
4. Church Joint Lunch
The church will have a lunch following the 38th Anniversary Joint Service on September 13. Please contact Sharon Chu for tickets starting August 23 – $12 per person; $6 for Age 4-12; Free for newcomers attending church lunch for the first time. Brothers and sisters who belong to small groups or fellowships, please sign up and pay the fee to the group leader.

5. Congratulations to Florence & Tim
Congratulations to Florence and Tim on their marriage on July 18. They are not here this Sunday but please send them your congratulations and blessings.
6. Anniversary Service Choir
For those interested in joining the choir for our anniversary service, please speak to Helen.
7. TJCAC Softball Drop-ins
– Open to anyone age 18 and up
– Location: Goldhawk Park (250 Goldhawk Trail, Scarborough)
– June to August, every other Saturday (starts June 13) 10:30am-12:30pm
– Activities will be held in English
– Come fellowship and play some softball!
